Playing Policies and Guidelines for the Woodlands:
1. Proper golf attire is required at all times. What is, and is NOT, considered proper golf attire will be at the sole discretion of the Head Golf Professional. In general, proper golf attire consists of collared shirts, trousers, Bermuda length shorts or the like. Clothing such as cut-off pants, gym shorts, cyclist shorts (spandex), tank tops and other similar attire are not acceptable. 2. Golf shoes with metal spikes are not permitted. Allow one hour to change-out spikes, if necessary. 3. Participants should arrive 45 minutes prior to the event (tee off) 4. Events are required to play at a maximum pace of 4-1/2 hours. Individual groups that fall behind by more than 1-1/2 holes will be repositioned (i.e., moved to another hole) at the sole discretion of the Head Golf Professional; helps pace-of-play. 5. The group/organization/event is responsible for all damage(s) caused by, and behavior of, its' participants. 6. Events organizers and participants are not permitted to bring/distribute food and/or beverages without management's permission. 7. No person, other than those employed by the BCRA or its' designated concessionaire, are permitted to distribute alcoholic beverages. 8. Unattended beer coolers and the distribution of unauthorized alcoholic beverages are not permitted. 9. No individual/personal coolers, other than those required for medical reasons, will be permitted on the course. 10. A portion of the collected playing fees are credited to all players in the event as a member fee for the day.
