Criteria: The categories are based on total home price, reflecting all options included in the actual home to be judged, plus available incentives as of December 31, 2015 or sell out of community. All submissions must include a marketing statement of 200 words or less with at least 1 photo on disk. Entries may not be winners from the prior year, defined as winning for the same house in the same community. Builders may enter a previous winner of the same model if it is located in a different community.
Judging: Judges are used to ensure no conflict of interest exists with participating companies. Many factors are taken into consideration, including appropriateness for target market, buyer profile, continuity, balance and scale, budget, creativity, and overall impact.
On-site judging will take place between March 1st and April 1st. Your judges will be in touch by March 4th to schedule a time with you on when the house will be judged. Multiple entries will not necessarily be judged on the same day.
